the Community and Regional Affairs Committee referral be waived                
on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 340(CRA) An Act relating to                           
designating the Ketchikan Indian Corporation as a regional housing             
authority; and providing for an effective date. Without objection, it          
was so ordered.
